In 1974, Eliot Feld founded the organization now known as Ballet Tech Foundation Inc. Under the auspices of Ballet Tech, Eliot directed a professional ballet company and created a tuition-free ballet school. The company, which had several names over its history, was dissolved in 2003. The school began in 1978 and continues to this day. Ballet Tech facilitated the creation of the majority of Eliot Feld’s 149 ballets.
